YOUR NUMBER:  PRINT OFF THREE COPIES: 2 for you; 1 for your lorry windscreen!

COURSE WALK:  AFTER 1300 ON FRIDAY – Please Enter through North Gate and go around the perimeter and Park outside Sussex Gate and walk down horse walk to

  the Start . GATES LOCKED AT DARK (7pm)

DOGS ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES PLEASE

AT THE EVENT

COMPETITOR CHECK IN: At Princes Gate (Main entrance to the Showground)

 DISPLAY YOUR NUMBERS: We need the numbers of ALL horses in your lorry

 PICK UP AND PUT ON YOUR WRISTBANDS AS YOU ENTER to allow you to come and go to the cross country course.  

Registered Owners of Horses Competing have been emailed a pass. They need to  pick up Wristband from the gate as well. 

YOUR WRISTLET MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES TO ALLOW ACCESS TO AND FROM THE X-COUNTRY COURSES VIA SUSSEX GATE. FAILURE TO SHOW A WRISTLET TO SECURITY WILL MEAN HAVING TO PURCHASE AN ADMISSION TICKET TO GET BACK INTO THE SHOW FROM THE PUBLIC GATE! 

Cars WILL NOT BE ALLOWED in the Horsebox Park

THE SECRETARY’S / INFORMATION POINT: Located back in THE NORFOLK  PAVILION NEAREST EQUESTRIAN RINGS NEXT TO THE MAIN ARDINGLY   RING 

• HAT TAGGING: All hats must be tagged. 

DRESSAGE SHEETS: These MUST BE COLLECTED ON THE DAY or   please leave a self addressed envelope with your name, number and section  on it. 

• FARRIER / VET / DOCTOR CAN BE CONTACT FROM HERE

• QUERIES: Scores can be checked or the TA called to clarify.

• You must attend your prize giving by The Norfolk Pavilion. Please support us  and our sponsors.

• Prize money claims forms and Rosettes will be presented at your Prize giving

The Novice Masters 

The HorseQuest Novice Masters provides a unique opportunity for members competing at national level, including riding a bespoke dressage test, performing in a 20m x 60m international arena in front of two dressage judges and being able to perform in a tailcoat to add that special feel to the class.

In addition to being in with the chance of being crowned South of England HorseQuest Novice Master, there are prizes and rosettes to 10th place -

Prizes

1st HorseQuest Rug, Numnah, HorseQuest riding socks and a £50 HorseQuest voucher.
2nd HorseQuest Numnah, riding socks and a £30 HorseQuest voucher
3rd HorseQuest fleece gilet, riding socks and a £20 HorseQuest voucher
